CONTACT INSTRUCTIONS
After you click on CONTACT FORM, below, you will open a form that must have an entry for most of the boxes. If an entry is required and you have left the box blank, you will receive an error message when you click on the "submit" button. If this is the case, just enter something in the box.
If you do not currently live in the United States, under "state" select "Not in United States" and give us the name of your Country address in the "City" box.
We need Cossitt parent and Grandparent information so we can locate you in our master genealogy database. Dates of birth/death of your Cossitt ancestors are helpful and the more information that you provide the easier it is to locate your branch of the Cossitt family.
If you have questions or comments, please include them in the message box. (You must write something in the message box.)
You will receive a confirmation that your message has been sent and you will then be sent an e-mail by a Cossitt Family Association Officer within a couple of days.
If you do not receive an e-mail within 10 days, please re-submit your inquiry as we do want to hear from you.
If you did not provide sufficient Cossitt family information for us to find you in our master genealogy database, you will be sent an e-mail with such a request. You will not be placed in our master e-mail address book until we can find or place you in our genealogy database.
